Privacy Policy

Pay Signal, a service of Altshuler Family Holdings, LLC. Last updated: October 2026.

1. What we collect

2. What we never expose

Your identity is never attached to your records. Records are aggregated into client-level statistics only: no single invoice, amount, or contributor is ever visible alone, and client profiles publish only after multiple independent contributors have logged records. There is no public list of contributors, and contributors cannot look each other up.

3. How we use data

We use your data to operate Pay Signal: maintain your account, compute client statistics and Pay Scores, send score alerts you asked for, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us run the service (hosting, payments, email), under contracts that limit their use to our instructions.

4. Aggregated statistics

Client profiles, Pay Scores, and published reports (for example, "slowest payers by industry") are derived from aggregated records across many contributors. They never identify a contributor and never rest on a single source.

5. Your choices

6. Security and retention

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, and limit internal access to data. We retain account and record data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for fraud prevention and legal compliance.

7. Children

Pay Signal is a business service and is not directed at children under 13.

8. Changes

We will post material changes here with a new date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
