Pro ($149 per year) and Agency ($790 per year) are billed in advance each year. Annual plans are refundable in full within the first 30 days of purchase or renewal. After the first 30 days, you may cancel at any time with cancellation taking effect at the end of your billing term; no refund is issued for the remaining term.
The Contributor tier is free. There is nothing to refund.
